CITY AND COLOUR Confirms Hefty Fall 2019 North American Arena Tour and Debuts New Single “Astronaut”

Mr. Dallas Green, known the world over the brains behind the mega-successful City and Colour, has confirmed a substantial list of North American fall 2019 arena shows plus debuted his new single “Astronaut.”

Mr. Dallas Green, known the world over as both the “clean” vocalist in Alexisonfire and the brains behind the mega-successful City and Colour, is once more putting jaws on floors. Today the singer, songwriter and performer has confirmed a substantial list of North American fall 2019 arena shows plus debuted his new single “Astronaut.”

The track marks the artist’s first new song in nearly four years a well as the first glimpse into the forthcoming sixth studio recording. Set for release this fall, the new album is due on Green’s own Still Records, a new imprint of Dine Alone Records, and was produced by Jacquire King and mastered by Emily Lazar. The song can be heard via the YouTube embed below, plus found via most major digital streaming services here.

Speaking of the new song’s inspiration, Green noted: “I always think of the relationships in my life that have been fractured because I ended up doing what I do for a living. I’m always gone, wandering around and singing songs. However, it weighs on my family and friends. I’m asking for ‘one more year.’ I left home at 21 to go play my guitar. It’s lonely, but it’s because I yearn to wander. I’m aware of how lucky I am.”

The Canadian and U.S. tours will both go on sale as of Friday, June 7 at 10am local time. Pre-sales will begin starting Tuesday, June 4th. Visit for details on each city. Also, City and Colour has partnered with PLUS1 for all North American tour dates. $1 from every ticket sold in Canada will be donated to both MusiCounts & Indspire. $1 from every ticket sold in U.S. will be donated to Crisis Text Line.

Will “Astronaut” make you blast off?
