“Not Gonna Buy Your Love” – Lee Brown
Lee Brown, a British solo artist based in Los Angeles, CA, is introducing his debut solo album with the single “Not Gonna Buy Your Love”. Having previously been a member of internationally touring boyband Phase Five, Brown is stepping into his own style of music that reminds us of mainstream pop in the vein of Justin Timberlake and Charlie Puth.
“Not Gonna Buy Your Love”opens with an electric guitar riff and a snappy beat, instantly capturing the listener’s ear. Brown’s vocals showcase not only his musical ability and vocal expertise, but the lyrics as well. “I can keep you warm in the middle of the night, when everything is wrong baby I can make it right cause I’m all about the vibe not about the price..” is only one example of the lyrical genius that Brown is proving to be. This song is the PERFECT track for summer playlists. Impossible not to dance and groove to, “Not Gonna Buy Your Love” shows the potential that Brown has to break into mainstream pop by the end of the summer…. and we hope to be the ones to say “I told you so”.
