Desanka, “Safe & Sound” – Review
Edgy, breathy, and atmospheric are all adjectives we would use to describe “Safe & Sound”, the new single from Desanka released TODAY. Collaborating with Desanka on “Safe & Sound” are singer-songwriter Hudson Henry, and producer Ian Edson. This chill-pop duet paints the picture of feeling safe and sound in young love. The raw vocals, nostalgic production, relatable lyrics, and vibe-y feeling put you in a state of excitement and serenity. Needless to say, “Safe & Sound” is the perfect pop vibe for your summer playlists.
A California native, Desanka’s roots are in musical theatre, choir, and Shakespeare. Having previously attended Los Angeles County High School for the Arts (studying opera) and Pepperdine University (Vocal Performance Major), Desanka is now planting her roots in the esteemed Berklee College of Music as a Music Business Major, and pursuing her dreams as an actress and recording artist.
