WHILE SHE SLEEPS Invite “The Guilty Party” to Check Out a New Song From Upcoming Album ‘So What?’

While She Sleeps have released a new track, “The Guilty Party”, from upcoming album ‘So What?’ and are promising something special for the release date of the album, March 1st.

Taken from their new album, So What?, out 1st March via Sleeps Brothers, UK metalcore bruisers, While She Sleep, have posted a new track “The Guilty Party”.

On the release date of the album, While She Sleeps have enlisted a live choir for a very special performance. “We’ve always loved the feeling you get when a large group of people sing together, whether that’s at a show, for us just in the studio or whatever, however it may be. Kinda the same feeling you get at a football game when everyone sings together.” says guitarist and vocalist Mat Welsh.

Continuing, guitarist Sean Long explains “The energy completely shifts when everyone is together in unison doing that kinda thing. So we thought wouldn’t it be great if we could introduce the choir which we use on the record… live? And we are going to do that. At The Roundhouse.”

While She Sleeps will headline The Roundhouse on the final date of their European and UK headline tour, the same day the album is released, 1st March. So What? will be released under their own Sleeps Brothers label in partnership with Spinefarm Records.

The band have just wrapped up a tour of Asia with their UK & European headline dates imminent. Support on the tour will come from Stray From The Path, Trash Boat and Landmvrks. Further European and US dates will follow over spring and summer and so far include a slot at 2000trees in the UK, Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park in Germany, as well as a tour supporting Architects and several festivals.

I have an unhealthy obsession with bad horror movies, the song Wanted Dead Or Alive and crap British game shows. I do this not because of the sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll lifestyle it affords me but more because it gives me an excuse to listen to bands that sound like hippos mating.
