Leicestershire, UK rock n’ roll band, The Nile Deltas like to do things their way. They could be described as a “song” band and they have a brand new music video for “Don’t Play With Me,” off their new Life EP, of which guitarist Tom Lord said, “‘Don’t Play With Me’ was a fun look at the male clumsiness in the dating game, which although diminishes with age, never quite goes!”
The six-piece collective have really been rolling since their breakout performance at Ramblin’ Man Fair in 2017, writing and recording new songs at the legendary Rockfield Studios which led to the release of Life, their debut EP at the end of 2018. Even though they are a very British band, The Nile Deltas also have an American flavour about them, with influences such as early Whitesnake and a pinch of The Black Crowes and Free. Armed with two guitarists and a hammond/piano player, The Nile Deltas bring you back to the old school when “the song” really mattered.
