This concert was presented at The Lounge at Live Nation as a part of the Sirius XM ongoing Ones to Watch Northside Sessions showcases. This evening’s performers featured up-and-coming Toronto artists Valley and Lemin..

Ones to Watch is Live Nation’s discovery platform for up-and-coming artists of all genres. You can find content, and a video series hosted on Ones to Watch’s website and socials featuring photos and footage from this performance that can be viewed by fans. Northside Sessions are powered by Sirius XM.

Valley is a Toronto four-piece band with a penchant for uptempo alternative material. Rob Laska (vocals), Michael Brandolino (guitar), Alex Dimauro (bass), and Karah James (drums) stormed the stage for a half hour of original material, showcasing their musicality and their ability to engage a room full of people with their energetic stage presence. Rob Laska ran through the audience a few times as the band played, getting up close and personal with the audience. Check out their socials here: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

This is Valley’s video for the song “Closer To The Picture”.

Lemin. is a London, Ontario solo artist, but is currently based out of Toronto. She writes, sings and produces her own material, and is now working on a three-tiered release of twelve songs entitled hold A – an exploration of the three stages of break-ups; heartbreak, anger, and acceptance. She performed this evening with an additional musician backing her up on keyboards and programming as she either sang standing or sat in front of a keyboard.

Lemin. has a killer voice, and had no problem winning over the audience this evening with an assortment of original material along with a few exciting cover versions she’s stripped down and re-arranged to suit her vocals. She’s definitely a name you’ll be hearing in the years to come.

Lemin.’s “Baby One More Time x White Ferrari” performed live.
