Roaring out of St. Gallen, Switzerland, the band that is Lord Kesseli & the Drums are pleased to premiere their brand new album, Melodies of Immortality, a hazy, swirling mix of, as they put it, “synthetic Science Fiction”. The album’s eight tracks could be considered a musical acid trip and, perhaps, serve as a lost soundtrack to Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Speaking of which, the opening track is called “Chemical Mother”, so how could you even begin to prove us wrong?

With the album due out on November 23rd, and pre-orders up right here, we’re stoked to today be helping the guys share an early listen of their entire new recording. Head below to hear the tunes and begin your trip.

Speaking of the new album, the band confirmed: “‘Melodies of Immortality’ is not an easy ride: the eccentric and unpredictable duo keeps on spreading incense all over the air (just like on their first eponymous album), reaching infernal heights and heavenly depths alike. Eight tracks that grasp the wonderful interactions between scientific/empirical experience, robot/human and patients/therapists. The world is a vast cabinet de curiosité that Lord Kesseli & The Drums wrap in crushing melodies – just to release it all in your body the moment after.”

Check out this funny “fake” interview clip that the band recently put together. You’ll be laughing your ass off!
