Ola PGAitos! Happy November! This month, our friends in the US of A celebrate Thanksgiving, because that’s what you do in November. That and Football and #BlackFriday shopping… So, what better way to show thanks than to kick off the month with a #TBT featuring our favourite dark side tracks? Get your goose cooked while rocking out to some classic tunes form Stone Sour, Chevelle, and Bullet For My Valentine.

01. Stone Sour – “Through Glass”
– We’re so used to Corey Taylor in his creepy Slipknot get up, so when this track was released it was like a breath of fresh air. A complete 180, this soulful track hits you and gives you the feels. But it’s not the feels you’re thinking of, it’s an angry song. It’s a wtf happened to the music industry tune. This is one of the greatest Stone Sour tracks out there so take a listen and let it sink, especially in that it was released 12 years ago.

02. Chevelle – “The Red”
– I don’t want to make this assumption, but I don’t think half of y’all were even born with this band formed in 1995. The lead single off Wonder What’s Next was a huge track for the band, garnering them a number 1 spot on two charts. This song is so deep that it’s pretty amazing. They may just be your new favourite band.

03. Bullet For My Valentine – “Your Betrayal”
– The little crumpets that make up Bullet For My Valentine hail from Wales, in the UK. They made waves on the scene with actually knowing how to play instruments… imagine that. They are often related to A7X and Trivium, but they really do their own thing. Fever, their third studio album, offered up this gem and we promise you will dig it!
