Toronto, Canada continues to deliver rad new musical acts and one such addition is the grunge/punk trio Hysterics. Released on February 17th, 2018, the group continue to support and promote their four-track EP, Anatomically Correct, which is available via most major digital retailers including Bandcamp and Spotify. Today, baring in mind the above, we’re stoked to debut the band’s “Anatomically Correct” music video for which they collaborated with videographer/photographer Michael Amaral to achieve the dark, distorted, and Halloween-ready aesthetic.

Lead by guitarist and vocalist Laura DeRocchis, and rounded out by bassist/vocalist Taylor Cos and drummer Zach Zylawy, these musicians, for very clear reasons, draw comparisons to acts the likes of Hole, L7, and The Distillers. “Two parts sass and one part nerd,” we can’t even properly explain just how awesome, let along important to the scene, Hysterics are. Just take our word for it, dude.

Speaking of the above song and video, Laura DeRocchis simply said: “Feeling stuck? Take advice from the song – try to break through. Side note, listen to this track loudly when you’re mad at your boss.”

The album Anatomically Correct dropped on February 17, 2018, and there’s nothing wrong with it!
