BAT OUT OF HELL: THE MUSICAL Confirms Special Singalong Performances & North American Tour
Bat Out of Hell, the hit musical that took the UK by storm, is riding over to North America. Warm up your voices for the singalong!
Bat Out of Hell: The Musical is the critically acclaimed stage show featuring the music of Jim Steinman which has taken London by storm, winning Best Musical at 2017’s London Evening Standard Theatre Awards.
Now the show’s producers have announced special performances which will invite the audience to singalong to the show’s music. These special shows will take place at London’s historic Dominion Theatre on September 25, 2018, and November 27, 2018. And, if that wasn’t enough, two special costumed singalong shows on October 31, 2018 (Halloween) and December 31, 2018 (New Year’s Eve), the audience will have the option to come dressed as their favourite character from the show or from one of Meat Loaf’s iconic videos.
As an incentive for going in fancy dress, the best-dressed member of the audience for each night will go home with a Bat Out of Hell – The Musical poster signed by Meat Loaf himself. For those who want to take part but are a little unsure of all the lyrics to the songs, fear not, the show will provide a surtitle screen allowing everyone who wants, to sing along. These shows promise to be a night at the theatre, a party and a rock show all rolled into one.
For fans across the pond, fear not, you will also have the opportunity to witness Steinman’s vision as a new production opens in Toronto, Canada for a three-week engagement this autumn and is the first stop in a multi-city North American tour. For details of tickets and the full tour schedule, you need nothing more than to visit the official website at www.batoutofhellmusical.com.
