PENsive – Sketch #1: “FK Off, We’re Full” featuring Vinnie Paul & Dimebag Darrell
Saddened by the recent passing of Vinnie Paul, we wanted to convey in this piece the comfort of knowing he was joining his brother Dimebag Darrell in heaven.
Series Overview:
– Welcome to the world of PENsive: from the mind and pen of Artist Damon Kardon. This is a weekly editorial cartoon satirizing the social ills of our time, especially what Damon finds most perplexing in the music/arts, social media and political industries.

About the Sketch:
Saddened by the recent passing of Vinnie Paul, I wanted to convey in this piece the comfort of knowing he was joining his brother Dimebag Darrell in heaven. I also wanted to pay tribute to the awesome legacy of Pantera, and solidify their status as the ultimate best brother duo in the history of rock and metal.
No offence to the brothers Robinson or Gallagher (I have seen both bands live and they do put on a good show), but heaven has its steady gig with Vinnie on drums, Dimebag on Guitar, and Lemmy on bass and vocals (hopefully). – Damon Kardon
