Much like their hometown of Phoenix, Arizona, the ambient post-rock quartet Broken Girls From Affluent Backgrounds are hot, hot, hot! The independent shoegazers are set to return in 2018 with their awesome second EP, Fiction Will See Us Through, and fans eager to hear the new tunes are in luck as today we’re debuting the mesmerizing lead single “Bridges” and its accompanying music video.

A powerful track and one that fans, both old and new, will instantly love, “Bridges” showcases the upcoming album’s refined sound and new course for the band. Though not out until May 25th, you’ll soon be able to purchase the song and find more information via the guys’ Bandcamp page here.

We reached out to the band for a comment on the new video and song, to which they kindly replied with: “‘Bridges’ is our first step in taking our new album out into the vastness of the world! Until now, if you wanted to see us shout words at you and crush our instruments, you’d have to come see us live… not anymore.”
