The Darkness @ Phoenix Concert Theatre (Toronto, ON) on April 15, 2018 [Photos]

Supporting their latest album, Pinewood Smile, British rockers, The Darkness played a sold-out show at the Phoenix on Sunday, April 15th and it had everything you would hope for. Lead singer Justin Hawkins entered the stage in a leopard-print leotard complete with matching cape, and it would be a crime not to mention bassist Frankie Poullain’s metallic gold suit – solid threads on these fellows!
The group opened up with the energetic “Open Fire”; a perfect way to prime the audience for a journey to falsetto-laced, glam rock heaven. We got stage dives, dance moves, birthday cake and all the hits. The Darkness is such a fun band to see live and you definitely need to check them out on this tour if they’re in your town.
