GO THE RODEO Experience Heartbreak in New Music Video for “Glass Walls” [Exclusive UK Video Premiere]
Based on the outskirts of Johannesburg, Go The Rodeo are back with their new single “Glass Walls” and we’ve got the exclusive UK premiere of the video here…

Hailing from the western outskirts of Johannesburg, Go The Rodeo is an alternative electro rock band who blend indie rock, pop and blues influences and are inspired by the likes of The Kills, Twenty One Pilots, The Neigbourhood, The XX, Alt-J and Chet Faker.
After a short hiatus, the duo are back with a fresh sound, now joined by Craig Atkinson, drummer for the electronic/post hardcore band, Bombs and Issues. The band have now released their new single, “Glass Walls”, their first music video saying this about the track:
“”Glass Walls” is straight forward, and probably our most analogue song to date. We’ve had the absolute pleasure of having Matt and Trevor Wentworth (Our Last Night) feature on it, their vocals adding incredible value. It’s also our first music video – shot, directed and edited by our friend Patrick Garcia. “Glass Walls” is a classic heartbreak story, but we decided to add a sci-fi twist to it, Patrick’s knowledge of VFX and his experience in the film industry helped to bring it alive. The video was shot at Avianto, featuring masks available from wintercroft.com.” – Corne van Niekerk, vocals, guitar.
