South African old skool thrashers Deadline are premiering the video for the track “Bloodbeast” taken from their critically acclaimed 2017 album Black Wolf City.
South African old skool thrashers Deadline are premiering the video for the track “Bloodbeast” taken from their critically acclaimed 2017 album Black Wolf City.
Vocalist Jessy Switchblade comments on the inspiration behind the track – “This was one of the first tracks we wrote and most probably our most straight forward track. It has an ‘AC/DC / Biker rock’ kinda feel. I had written a poem about a goth girl who returned to her home town to kill all the girls that bullied her in high school and Raven had written a song that needed words. I brought the poem to his house, he thought it would fit the tune perfectly and an hour or two later we had us the “Bloodbeast” a song about revenge and retribution.”
