Austin, Texas’ daring duo, Beaux Cheveux returned on January 19th with brand new music in the form of the nine-song recording Ro Sham Bo. Today, we’re debuting a video for the album’s fourth single, “Beautiful Flame”.
Austin, Texas’ daring duo, Beaux Cheveux returned on January 19th with brand new music in the form of Ro Sham Bo, the nine-song alternative/dream pop affair which sees the band, Adrian Conner (guitar, vox) and Clementine (drums, vox), delving deeper into their awesome amalgamation of synths, electronic sonics, driving drum beats, and ‘70s-styled cock rock riffery. The ladies’ debut full-length can be purchased in various formats via Bandcamp and includes the fourth single, “Beautiful Flame”, the music video for which we’re pleased to be premiering here!
No strangers to music, or hella hard rocking for that matter, Adrian Conner’s alter-ego is that of is “Angus Young” in Hell’s Belles, the all-female AC/DC tribute band while Clementine, aka “Bonzo”, keeps the percussion going in Zepparella, another all-female group, this one a tribute to Led Zeppelin.
Commenting on the video for their above-mentioned song, Conner shared this: “The video ‘Beautiful Flame’ is our most colorful fun video yet! It is our fourth video. And totally self made on iPhone 8! The colors excite me and I try to match the moving visuals with the moving parts of the danceable track!!”
