THE WONDER YEARS Observe the “Pyramids of Salt” Falling with Stream of New Track

The Wonder Years have previewed their new record Sister Cities with a stream of their new track “Pyramids of Salt.” The album was written while the band toured during a year marred by divisiveness. The underlying theme of the album is the idea that human beings feel and connect in the same ways, regardless of where they come from.
“Pyramids of Salt’ is a song about knowing there’s nothing you can do,” commented vocalist Dan Campbell. “It centers around the universal feeling of being powerless, of knowing that no matter how much you love someone, that a day is going to come when you can’t heal them, where you can’t keep them safe.”
