We previously featured a free download of the 2017 full-length album Breakers from New Jersey’s Get The Net and are back with a free grab of the new EP, Runaway Train. For the uninitiated, Get The Net is a one-man punk project from New Jersey native Ryan Raichilson, founder of Bright & Barrow Records (The New Rochelles, The Scutches, Direct Hit!).
Runaway Train was independently released on February 17th and you can find more info via the artist’s Bandcamp page. Commenting on the recording, Raichilson was kind enough to leave us with the following:
“The ‘Runaway Train’ EP contains three songs that were recorded last year during the ‘Breakers’ sessions. I’ve been meaning to release them as an EP for some time now, but life just got in the way. So I’m glad they’re finally out. The cover is the actual train that I commute on every day…looks like it was in a bad mood when I snapped the pic. I’m currently writing and demo-ing new songs so I hope to have another release out this year. Thanks for checking it out!!”
