After hitting us with a couple of tracks, including the standout “Better Late Than Never,” Newcastle, Australia’s Eat Your Heart Out have released the stream of their new EP Mind Games.
“We went into the recording of Mind Games with the intention of portraying the truest version of ourselves that we could,” commented vocalist Caitlin Henry. “This EP deals with the negative feelings and internal dialogues associated with ongoing mental illness. Sometimes these things are all consuming and feel like they define us, and it can get hard to make anything out of the constant noise. Mind Games is about digging through some of those difficult feelings and trying to make some sense.”
