Odessa, Ukraine’s Septa continue to deliver the heavy goods and their artistic new music video for new single “Redrum” is certainly no exception. The quartet, whose music runs the gamut of rock and mathcore to post-metal and electronica, is following up their third full-length, 2016’s Sounds Like Murder, with this incredible new track which you can now purchase via Bandcamp.

Oh, and we know you’re going to want more of this band’s content upon first listen, so grab a free MP3 download of the song “Destroyer, Pt. 1” and/or check out our thoughts on their Destroyer EP via our album review!

We were in touch with vocalist Eugene Tymchyk who was happy to comment on the song: “We recorded ‘Redrum’ right after we’ve released Sounds Like Murder. We needed some sense of closure and conclusion to the story we’ve planted into our latest album. And this song appeared to be that much needed finale. Music video was co-directed by Oleg Rooz and me, it’s a weird combination of our adoration of Audrey Hepburn and huge David Lynch inspiration. This song is really violent in its content, glad we’ve got it out of our chests.”
