Marquis of Vaudeville – “We’re All Mad Here” [Free Song Download]
Marquis of Vaudeville are a freaky foursome who are now offering their frightfully good single “We’re All Mad Here” for free download!
Throw back some Absinthe and fire up former HBO Television series Carnivàle and you’ve created the perfect opportunity for this band to provide you with your evening’s soundtrack. Hailing from Dallas, TX, ladies and gentlemen, may we please introduce Marquis of Vaudeville, a band who self-identify as “Carnivalesque Rock Theatre” or “Progressive Psychedelic Punk Cabaret”.
The freaky foursome released their new 13-track offering The Tragic Valentine on Halloween (buy it here) and as of today, we’re pleased to be offering the frightfully good single “We’re All Mad Here” for free download. Grab it now, and go forth and share!
Vocalist Toby Lawhon took some time out of his schedule to comment on the single, saying: “‘We’re All Mad Here’ – an Alice in Wonderland-themed song on the surface about spiraling downward and out of control. The song presents a glimpse of mental illness and losing one’s mind while touching on being lost, but not alone – as everyone is a little crazy in their own way.”
