Stockton based grunge-pop band Monster Treasure has released the new track called “Neon Garden.” The song comes from their second record II. According to bassist and singer Rachel Orimo, the song is “an ode to house-sitting, being in the moment, getting stoned & gardening in the summer, growing pains, and life cycles…”
II features a shower of fuzz, punk and rock which will see the band take their dreamy grunge and soul baring lyrics further than they ever have before. The album features tons of scuzzed up riffs and otherworldly melody which makes it essentially impossible to listen to the whole thing without first listening to several songs multiple times.
