On Friday, September 8th – next week, yo – punky LA rockers Harmful If Swallowed are going to release their new EP Sleepless to coincide with a little west coast tour. The album’s title track was produced by Ryan Greene (NOFX, Authority Zero, Lagwagon) and follows lead single “Blame”, for which the music video is below.

We know you’re stoked for the new material and a chance to catch the band live, so here’s some more good news… we’re debuting the “Sleepless” single and the album can be pre-ordered RIGHT HERE!

When asked about the song, the guys noted: “’Sleepless’ is a song that I think everyone can relate to. It involves struggling with insomnia. You start questioning your sleep, your dreams, and whether they are real or make-believe.”
