If you’ve yet to hear of JD McGibney, now’s your chance. The talented Los Angeles, CA-based guitarist takes elements of metal and progressive and mixes them in his own instrumental mixture of maddening riffs. Eager to always promote new talent, we’re happy to be offering a free download of the shred-tastic single “Leap of Faith.”

McGibney hit us up and offered a quote on the track:

“‘Leap of Faith,’ for me, is symbolic for the journey I’ve been going through following my music career, and my life as a whole. It took me a while to realize that I did have the ability to follow what my heart was telling me to do, and I feel that this song captures that triumphant moment I felt when I came to that realization. We all have the ability to follow our hearts, and do whatever it is we wish in life; we just need to believe in ourselves enough to take that initial leap of faith.”
