Canadian earth-movers Seer have released a stream for the entirety of their highly anticipated second album, Vol. III & IV: Cult of the Void. The album is released on July 7th through Art of Propaganda. Previously, the track “Acid Sweat” was revealed from the new record. The band comes from Vancouver, BC and formed towards the end of 2014. The band draws inspiration from the natural power of the environment around them and harnesses it into some epic, expansive doom-sludge. Writing music with the backyard of lakes, rivers, evergreens and wildlife, this proximity and affinity to the local natural world has kindled a deep connection to nature for Seer. This inspiration along with the band members’ rock n’ roll spirit and their inclination towards fantasy and science fiction has created a very inspired band.

Vol. III & IV: Cult of the Void is filled with colossal riffs and Cascadian atmospherics, all of which overflowed across the vast vistas of the album. Seer is just a young band too with a lot more doom and sludge to deliver in the future.

2. Acid Sweat
3. They Used Dark Forces
