California five-piece Waters has released a stream of “Molly Is A Babe,” a preview of the band’s new record Something More!. The album is the follow up to 2015’s What’s Real and will be released on May 19th. The band wrote and recorded the album over the past year in Los Angeles after touring with the likes of , Tegan and Sara, and Matt and Kim. Many of the songs on Something More! deal with the feelings of restlessness and being alone as well as having intense issues with lovers, family and friends.

Commented lead singer Van Pierszalowski; “Molly Is A Babe’ is an amalgam of a dream I had about Reno and our real life experiences passing through there on tour. There’s something about that strange little desert oasis of a town that turns me on in all the ways. Its both depressing and yet incredibly exciting and weird, which is one of the best combinations. I wanted the song to reflect that – on one side, it’s very dark, probably the darkest song on the record – but we delivered it in the in the least depressing way we could. I think I want to die in Reno.”
