LEONCE Streams New Track “Snakes” Ahead of EP Release on April 12th

Atlanta-based producer Leonce is to release his debut EP Insurgency next month on April 12th. The EP follows his Shadows and Heatwave mixtapes, the latter of which included remixes of Jeremih’s “Impatient”, Beyoncé’s “Love Drought”, Tinashe’s “All Hands On Deck” and more. Insurgency comes as the result of several years of working, including demos from as far back as 2014.

It was inspired by Leonce’s favourite house music elements, or as he puts it: “If house is a feeling, then Insurgency is me subverting that feeling across different tempo ranges and going into weirder and darker territory, like the classic raw house tracks that inspired me.”
