Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness took on a sold-out show at Manhattan’s legendary Webster Hall with Night Riots and Atlas Genius in support. McMahon played a variety of new and old material, even playing “Woke Up In A Car” by Something Corporate and “La La Lie,” “Dark Blue,” and “The Mixed Tape” from his former project Jack’s Mannequin. He dominated the stage and the crowd by dancing on top of his piano or crowd surfing atop an inflatable duck to the stage. Andrew McMahon doesn’t just start the party, he is the party.
