Los Angeles, California-based rockers, Smile Empty Soul, will issue their new Rarities album on March 10th, 2017 (pre-oreder here), and as of right now, you can hear their incredible cover of Nirvana’s song “Aneurysm.”

Rarities is a compilation album consisting of previously unreleased songs taken from the last 14 years of the band’s highly successful career and serves as an awesome offering until the group wrap up and release their 8th studio recording later this year.

Smile Empty Soul’s frontman Sean Danielsen hit us up with a comment on the Nirvana cover, “When covering a band like Nirvana, you don’t want to change any of the elements of the song that made it great in the first place. We stuck right with the song the way Nirvana did it, and tweaked a couple minor things to make it our own.”

Rarities Track Listing:

01. One at a Time
02. Something New
03. Alone
04. Goodbye
05. This is War
06. Wasted Town
07. What’s Going Through My Head Right Now
08. For You
09. Who I Am
10. Finding Myself
11. Precious Things (Tori Amos Cover)
12. Aneurysm (Nirvana Cover)
