Drew Beskin is a talented musician commonly associated with acts such as The District Attorneys, Party Dolls, and PURSES. He also happens to be a solo musician and will be releasing his debut effort, Cha-Ching Machine, on March 24th via his own label Laser Brains, with help from This is American Music.

Commented Beskin on the making of Cha-Ching Machine: “I made this album with my close friends David Barbe, Phillip Brantley and Jeremy Wheatley. David Barbe is an Athens legend and owner of the recording studio Chase Park Transduction. He was also a member of SUGAR with Bob Mould and a super producer who has worked with Drive By Truckers, Deerhunter, Bob Mould/Sugar, The Glands etc etc. Phillip Brantley is the former lead guitarist and bassist for Modern Skirts. Jeremy Wheatley has drummed for just about everyone including my former bands and Crooked Fingers/Eric Bachman. Nate Goodman of Wild Nothing played guitar on the track ‘Dwarf Antique.'”
