Five Finger Death Punch (w/ Phil Labonte) @ Amalie Arena (Tampa, Florida) on December 9, 2016 [Photos]
My hat goes off to Five Finger Death Punch for grabbing fill-in vocalist Phil Labonte of All That Remains and still putting on a top-notch performance!
There’s something to be said when a band, nearing the end of a tour, loses their frontman due to illness, leaving the rest of the members to step up their game and still give fans what they paid for. My hat goes off to the members of Five Finger Death Punch who did just that. This is a true sign of a band that’s so much more than just a band. They believe in their collective purpose, embrace the brotherhood and come out with their heads up high and gave the Tampa crowd the best rock show they could. Fill-in vocalist Phil Labonte of All That Remains covered for Ivan Moody and the effort they put forth deserves all the respect in the world. I, as a huge fan of FFDP, walked away with a whole new level of respect for this band.
