HELLYEAH – “UNDEN!ABLE” [140 Character Album Review]

UNDEN!ABLE lives up to all the expectations for this elite group of musicians, and then some.

For more than a decade now Hellyeah, the super group made up of members of Pantera, Mudvayne and Nothing Face, have been cranking out amazingly-heavy, catchy metal while upping their game in the process. I didn’t think they would be able to top the last release, Sangre por Sangre, but man was I wrong.

UNDEN!ABLE lives up to all the expectations for this elite group of musicians, and then some. Top to bottom, this is a killer disc with some headbangers as well as slower-tempo tunes. No matter what the speed of the songs though, vocalist Chad Gray has such an emotional delivery that the listener can’t help but be sucked into his world.

140 Character Album Review:

Grabs the jugular! Razor-sharp riffs and booming drums are ideal for Chad Gray’s edgy vocals. A highlight? Well, that’s most of the album.
