Blind Guardian @ O2 Ritz (Manchester, UK) on 18 May, 2016 [Photos]
During a rare visit to the UK, Blind Guardian made a stop off at the O2 Ritz in Manchester so we sent John Gilleese along to bring back some photos of the band in action.
Blind Guardian released their first album in 1988, but it came as a surprise that this was their first show in Manchester. The German power metallers have a reputation for touring solidly yet the UK is rarely visited, but this time there are 5 stops scheduled before the band carry on to mainland Europe and then the US. John Gilleese joined the hordes at The Ritz in Manchester to capture the action.
