Tourpedoed #019: Video Interview with Hatchet Frontman Julz Ramos
The End Records’ band Hatchet deliver some punishing thrash metal. We tourpedoed vocalist and lead guitarist Julz Ramos to learn about some of his more gnarly tour stories.
The Skinny: Led by vocalist and lead guitarist Julz Ramos, San Francisco natives Hatchet deliver some punishing thrash metal. Released on October 30, 2015 via The End Records, Fear Beyond Lunacy is the guys’ follow-up to 2013’s acclaimed Dawn Of The End release and debuted Hatchet’s revamped lineup. We had a quiet (albeit the room’s unavoidable background noise) sit-down with Ramos to learn about some of his more gnarly tour-stories.
Europe: “We’ve always said we should stay adventurous, do things the way we want and do what feels right.”
The Hu: “We love exploring the depth of our people and our way of living through our music.”
