The Skinny: Cutting edge rock band, Hunter Valentine, recently announced they would be going on hiatus after the unveiling of their final EP, The Pledge. Today they premiered the project’s first single, an aggressive yet melodic track entitled “Black Out Nights.” According to front-woman Kiyomi the song, “is a song about pushing yourself to your darkest limits. It’s a song of struggle within oneself. We all make promises to ourselves at times to be better, but sometimes we fall victim to our own devices.”
