New Noize: Video Interview with Trivium Guitarist Corey Beaulieu (NN010)
We spoke with Corey Beaulieu, guitarist for Floridian metallers Trivium, about the inspirations, production, and classic metal influences behind their Roadrunner Records release, Silence in the Snow.
The Skinny: Floridian metallers, Trivium, released their eagely-anticipated seventh full-length album, Silence in the Snow, via Roadrunner Records on October 2, 2015. Produced by Michael “Elvis” Baskette (Slash, Alter Bridge, The Amity Affliction) and mixed by Josh Wilbur (Gojira, Lamb of God), Silence In The Snow easily boasts some of the group’s best material to date. Naturally, when the guys rolled through Toronto on Tuesday, September 22nd, we grabbed some time with guitarist Corey Beaulieu to discuss the new album’s inspirations, production, classic metal influences, and more.
