The Skinny: 5 Days Dirty, an up and coming local Bay Area band, opened for legendary Bad Religion on their 20th Century Tour at The Regency Ballroom. Starting the night off right, 5 Days Dirty got the crowd moving with their hardcore/punk/pop sound. With many musical influences such as Pennywise, The Ataris, and Flyleaf, they blend a mix of A Day To Remember and Senses Fail.

You can definitely tell Axel Rose had a huge style influence for the lead singer, though he pulls the look off much better. In fact, each member strived to make a style statement that night. Their bassist wore a Taylor Swift shirt promoting her album Red, while their guitarist wore a mock tuxedo shirt. Currently unsigned, they should be added to your “bands to watch” list as they have been hitting the tour scene hard. Their debut album is available on iTunes and Spotify. Be sure to take a listen!
