TIFF has announced that they are collaborating in 2015 with The New York Times’ TimesTalks, titled TimesTalks+TIFF.

The initiative, started by The New York Times, livestreams conversations between journalists from the Times and today’s leading talents and thinkers. The inaugural livestream with TIFF launches a series of panel discussions and talks about the top films and performers of the year, and will feature both one-on-one conversations and panel discussions between film industry powerhouses and New York Times film journalists.

The first TimesTalks+TIFF will be taking place in Los Angeles on Monday February 16 at 8 PM PST (11 PM EST) at the Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills, California, and will be featuring a special interview with stars of The Imitation Game, Keira Knightley and Benedict Cumberbatch. The film received the Grolsch People’s Choice Award at TIFF in 2014, and is nominated for Best Picture, Best Original Score, Best Director and more at the 2015 Academy Awards.

The event will be streamed live online on Monday Feb 16 at TIFF.net and at www.TimesTalks.com.
