St. Catharines, Ontario is home to the rock trio known as Waterbodies (Mike McGean, Roxy, and Shane Turner). On April 16, 2014, the band posted to their SoundCloud profile a bad-ass tune (and nod to Home Alone) titled “What the French Call ‘Les Incompétents.'” With an outstanding buzz and reception to this song, the band pushed forward and on October 20th dropped this new track, “Beater.”
“Beater” is the group’s newest song and is considered by the band to be that track’s “grimy little brother.” The song is loaded with dirt and begs to be played at loud volume levels. The second song of a 2-track EP, “Beater” rounds things out wonderfully!
