The Black Atlas – “The First Step” [SoundCloud Song Stream]
The first in a series of three EPs, The Other is the initial plunge into “The Equinox” concept. Central figure, vocalist, and instrumentalist of The Black Atlas, Peter Koronios, spent 8 months teaching himself guitar, bass, and piano, completing all the performances on the recording himself except for a few collaborations with Jesse Clasen (HRVRD, The Bear Romantic).

Ambient, art/grunge rock solo artist The Black Atlas will be welcoming The Other with a multi-media inaugural celebration on 11/20 at The Bowery Electric and preparing the second EP for release in early 2015.
