The Skinny: Three years following the release of their acclaimed third album Wild Grown, Portuguese alternative rock group Cinemuerte are back with a new effort entitled DHIST. DHIST is scheduled for release in early November via Ranging Planet Records and is the first of a collection of three EPs the band is planning to release in the coming months.

The artwork for all three releases was created by Tommy Ingberg, prestigious Swedish photographer recently awarded by PX3 Prix De La Photographie Paris. “Dog,” the first single to be revealed from this new EP is now playing via SoundCloud just above. 2014 marks the return of the band to recordings, now as a four-piece following the departure of guitarist Tiago Menaia in 2012.

Born in 2003, V13 was a socio-political website that, in 2005, morphed into PureGrainAudio and spent 15 years developing into one of Canada's (and the world’s) leading music sites. On the eve of the site’s 15th anniversary, a full re-launch and rebrand takes us back to our roots and opens the door to a full suite of Music, Film, TV, and Cultural content.
