What is shattering this once silent and pleasant community? It’s fucking The Body Politic, that’s what! This sextet of sinister swinging sounds is sexily savage! Many of you may be new to this band, but The Body Politic (who found their moniker in a Clive Barker short story) have been busting their ass to get their music out there. They’ve completed numerous Canadian tours (supporting, for example, Tesseract, Protest The Hero and Scale The Summit), released their debut album All Too Human in 2011, and now, on September 16th, are set to drop their bran new EP, Egressor. Loaded with highly technically impressive musicianship, this EP is all poly-metric grooves, aggressive screams and soaring vocal melodies.
