The Skinny: Linkin Park are back with their latest single “Guilty All The Same,” from their forthcoming sixth studio album. In a recent interview with, lead singers Chester Bennington and Mike Shinoda commented on the band’s new material saying, “A few months ago I was making some demos and writing this stuff and it sounded like something that you could play on the radio,” Shinoda explained. “I listen to a lot of indie music… and I was listening to the demos and thought, I don’t want to make any of that music. What is it that’s not out there right now that I’m all about, that I’m fired up about that is a void? It ended up being this new material.”

Rakim ended up teaming up with the band when Linkin Park’s engineer said that he knew one of Rakim’s people which led to him joining up with the band in the studio. The song is driven by aggressive guitars and drums and even features some power metal influences.
