Wax Fang – “Halloween” (Misfits Cover) [YouTube Song Stream]
Halloween is a holiday full of fun and festive activities such as trick-or-treating and needlessly sexy costumes (sexy pizza), but Louisville’s Wax Fang wants you to remember the true spirit of what this holiday is all about… gore, brutality, burning bodies, and dead children.
The Skinny: Halloween is a holiday full of fun and festive activities such as trick-or-treating and needlessly sexy costumes (sexy pizza), but Louisville’s Wax Fang wants you to remember the true spirit of what this holiday is all about… gore, brutality, burning bodies, and dead children.
So as a special Halloween treat, Wax Fang indulge in their taste for devilish mayhem and diabolic rock in this cover of the Misfits’ “Halloween”. Scott Carney’s eerie vocals perfectly lend themselves to lyrics like “Candy apples and razor blades, little dead are soon in graves / I remember Halloween / This day anything goes, burning bodies hanging from poles / I remember Halloween!” Enjoy!
