North-West based UK punk/hardcore band Scouts are today sharing the brand new video for “(Please Don’t Take Me Back To) North Shore” taken from their new EP ‘Why Do My Friends Have To Live Around Here?’ out now on limited edition 7″ vinyl via Thanks For Nothing Records. Like all their previous material, the stark black and white video was a DIY affair shot and directed by Scouts and Me Vs Hero member Bobby Pook on location in the Northern band’s headquarters of Blackpool and featuring a cast of band members and friends.

“Paul wrote this song about a place I used to live when we had our first band practice last year” says Bobby of the single. “It’s a horrible part of Blackpool called North Shore, everyone has tattooed faces and there are drug raids tall the time, grim.”
