Wake Up Lucid – “I Want” [SoundCloud Song Stream]

LA garage rock trio Wake Up Lucid have a new 7″ coming out in two weeks on Near Mess Records and recently they unveiled the lead single, called “I Want”. Both “I Want” and the b-side track “Let It Roll” were recorded with the band’s longtime producer Joe Cardamone (of The Icarus Line) at his Valley Recording Studio. The 7″ is a split with the Dead Ships, and is part of a series of split 7″s that Near Mess Records is putting out this Summer with rad LA bands like Gothic Tropic, HOTT MT and The Hindu Pirates. The Dead Ship’s single from the split is called “Golden Room”.
