The Skinny: Toronto pop-rockers The Heights today released their third EP titled Drag Race On The Moon. The five-track release is now available to stream in full on their YouTube Channel (see below) following on from teaming up with Absoultepunk.net for an exclusive preview stream earlier this week.

The Drag Race On The Moon EP is available to download for free or any price you wish to pay via their Bandcamp page. Bursting with passion, soaring melodies and infectious choruses, “DROTM” is the rapidly rising band’s third release, following on from their debut self-titled EP and Bonacres in April 2012. What was initially a solo project by lead singer Gavin Sutton back in 2011, has grown into a full band packed with undoubted talent.

The Heights bring a wide range of influences to the table from the likes of Coldplay, City and Colour and John Mayer, while also clearly carving out their own signature sound. Having already shared the stage with scene-heavyweights such as Set Your Goals, Silverstein and Fireworks, The Heights are ready to emulate their peers by significantly building on their fan base on the back of their new EP.

Born in 2003, V13 was a socio-political website that, in 2005, morphed into PureGrainAudio and spent 15 years developing into one of Canada's (and the world’s) leading music sites. On the eve of the site’s 15th anniversary, a full re-launch and rebrand takes us back to our roots and opens the door to a full suite of Music, Film, TV, and Cultural content.
