Lawnmower – “Team Spirit” [Free Song Download]
“Team Spirit” is a new song from the alternative/indie rock band Lawnmower available here as a free download! The three-piece act formed in the small city of Fenton, Missouri about three years ago, the members of which grew up on a heavy dose of ’90s pop/punk and indie rock. They could certainly be considered somewhat of a throwback to the finer sounds of the ’90s, but there is also a modern charm at play with Lawnmower. There is some excellent song writing that will have you coming back for more!

The beginnings of Lawnmower go back to 2010 when singer/songwriter Travis Bravender started it off really as a bedroom project. Later in the same year, Bravender released Lawnmower’s debut album Franchise Wings which showcased a songwriter heavily influenced by ’90s indie/pop/punk rock. While it took some time, Bravender kept working at it and now Lawnmower is a full on band who have just released the Whack Yer Brain EP. The EP expands on the roots of the band and illustrates that Lawnmower has a bright future ahead.
