Album Review
In Chase For The Sky – “Blank Faces” [EP]
Blank Faces is a punishing and brutally heavy album from the band In Chase For The Sky. The EP opens with “Anesthetic” and from there rips through 5 mind-numbingly heavy tracks designed to obliterate your ear drums. This is some potent stuff folks, but there is a bit of a twist!

Layered atop all of the musical mayhem and destruction is a melodic female voice that not only breaks up the cacophony, but also adds an interesting dimension to the madness. I think Black Faces is a decent effort, that while perhaps a little too harsh for me, should be totally eaten up by fans of extreme metal.
