Tweak Bird – “People” [Free Song Download]
Tweak Bird just recently finished off work on their latest EP Undercover Crops in preparation for the duo’s big September/October tour with The Melvins. The tour extends until almost the end of October and Tweak Bird will be supporting The Melvins for a total of 45 of the 51 dates of the Melvins’ 51/51/51 trek. Tweak Bird is composed of the brothers Ashton and Caleb Bird, and though they’re originally from Southern Illinois, they now reside in Los Angeles. In one way or another, the two have been making loud, heavy music together for almost a decade in various incarnations.

In one way or another, the two have been making loud, heavy music together for almost a decade in various incarnations.
Tweak Bird recorded its seven song EP Undercover Crops in only one long weekend in June with Toshi Kasai who alongside Dale Crover of The Melvins and former Nirvana drummer, produced and recorded Tweak Bird’s previous two releases, 2008’s Reservations EP and the 2010 self-titled LP. The brothers will continue on with their tour until October 22 in Phoenix, Arizona. Check out this free download of the band’s rocking, noisy, wondrous tune “People”.
